What are the best aspects of this product?

We ended up choosing Sugar due to its flexibility. There's one thing to take note. It's never that out-of-the-box solution like that of mkt share. But it does a solid job all around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It take a bit of time for specific problems to solved. Keep in mind that there's not a lot of folks out that request the same solutions for a single issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us better understand the market. We get to learn about matters that sales reps might end up dealing with. Having the ability to proactively address matters prior to making any negative impact. In a nutshell, it's capable of bringing the satisfaction of customers in-house as opposed to with reps or losing info out in the field.
