What are the best aspects of this product?
I like several things with SugarCRM. First off, it's internet-based. Customizing fields is simple in capturing data. UI is highly intuitive. SugarCRM's customizations makes it all the more flexible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing much to hate. But there are some things to consider. For instance, not all of the modules are uniformly set. Some of them are still from the older version.

Integrations are between the CRM and e-marketing platform remain strong. Can easily be customized for clients from varying industries. It can be extended by means of the SugarCRM API. It can also be extended via external connectors.
