What are the best aspects of this product?
Lead management system has been great! It's able to import e-mail having inbound e-mail accounts configured. Love its reporting and charts functionality. Great management of teams and roles.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some stuff that I dislike. Terrible campaign management system. E-mail management system isn't that great. There's a tool missing for creating a package for certain customizations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Through SugarCRM, I was able to make the necessary customizations to fit in any business. For the most part, I'm making use of it in lead management for a cinema, case management for a majority of companies, and etc. Most companies have been using SugarCRM for support. Also, companies have made use of it in the medical industry in effectivel managing doctors, patients, and pharmacies.
