What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a great CRM. I can customize it according to the needs of my business. Because of Sugar CRM, my company was able to take it to the next level. All its features and reports are very helpful in the success of my business. I simply love it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You have to have a little knowledge of coding to customize it. I also can't auto-log for upcoming and incoming calls. It also can be a bit pricey and the training is not as comprehensive as we would've liked.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since it has a mobile app, we can easily check the data we have. We don't have to log in using the computer anymore. It is also easy to use after training and any business can benefit from this application.
