It is very flexible and user-friendly. It also has a response time of up to 99.99%, making it a very satisfying tool for my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The upgraded UI is not as appealing as the old one. They could improve on the current UI.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us pass the information seamlessly from Sugar CRM to our accounting system. And because it gives us comprehensive reports, it is easier to identify opportunities for our business. Its reports are also extractable so we can pay our commissions easily.
