What are the best aspects of this product?

It helped my company identify the Key's sale metric status and the areas that cause low performance. Patterns of data from previous work are also identified so it gives you a much more comprehensive output. This way we can quickly develop a plan of action that'll work well for our business. We've been using this application for years now and it has only proven to be very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've used this for a long time and I can honestly say that I've never found any fault to it. I am very pleased with every feature and function of Sugar CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to take long hours to analyze data and transfer it to spreadsheets anymore. It gives us good ways to improve our performance, allowing us to make better decisions for the company. It offers us a lot of great features that help even in this pandemic. We appreciate everything Sugar Sell provided us.
