What are the best aspects of this product?
SugarCRM is basically a CRM serving a basic purpose. It can be honed to suit the needs of my organization. It's never constrained. It offers each client complete control.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's still making the plugin options on the marketplace. Although it's not extensive as that of its market competitors. It's lacking builds that are vertically-focused. That means clients will have to find out what it is they really need from the CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its range is relatively large. But it's mostly focused in offering clients a full 360-degree view of their own clients. After all, it's the main reason for such a CRM solution. SugarCRM has the capacity of turning this into reality for clients.
