PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sugar is highly intuitive. This makes it really simple to learn and utilize. Once you have an idea on its basics regarding navigation and record layouts in any module, such basics can be applicable for other data modules. A majority of changes/improvements to the system can be accomplished via a point-and-click UI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to include a third column within the main record layouts. This gives an edge when it comes to taking up on screen space.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to configure our Sugar system. In doing so, we got to completely support sales processes. This includes the capacity in monitoring sales opportunities and pipeline the way we want them to. Our sales reps are now armed with a tailored CRM solution that aids in prioritizing their activities.
