It’s a great app for syncing files

What are the best aspects of this product?

It backs up my files excellently. I don't have to save files in any particular folder, it just automatically backs up everything. I've been a happy user now for 7 years. I can say that I don't regret deciding on using SugarSync despite its hefty price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be pricey and their customer service is not that good. I hope they can explain more the benefits their application has compared to their competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It backs up all files on all my devices. This makes it easier for me to not lose any file in case I accidentally delete it.
