Best All-In-One Software for Business of Any Size!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is hands down the best All-In-One Business software available today. It is well thought out and had an ever growing list of features. The support is top-notch as well. We have been using this platform for a while now and continue to be impressed! New features are always being added.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Platform speed could be increased. There is a delay which is sometimes slow and make the platform feel lethargic.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the addition of Additional Templates, along with the ability to include Project Stats within those templates. Currently there is only an option for manual number entry. Additional integrations like WaveApps Accounting would be super helpful and allow me to use SD fully! Also and this I know is on the roadmap, but getting a Support Ticket section launched with again the ability to display ticket progress on the dashboard / portal pages would be a great addition.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has allowed us to truly use 1 platform for almost everything we do. Once some of the upcoming roadmap features are released we will be fully using SuiteDash! We truly could not be happier with this product!
