What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect of this platform is that it combines (very well) several stand-alone products. So it removes the necessity to use multiple tools; because it provides outstanding features for project management, time management, team management, CRM, collaboration and more...frankly it has everything you would need and more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform has so much that there is a learning curve, luckily there are ample tutorials and documentation to teach you everything.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am looking forward to the rollout of the LMS and website builder.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It eliminates the need to use multiple platforms and the worry to issue of having these communicate with each other.
