What are the best aspects of this product?

It's robust features such as email marketing, reoccuring billing, customer contact management, team collaberations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The automated email marketing could be more robust. Needs ability to directly sync with email servers and track email interactions similar to Hubspot.

Solved my company's need for a robust CRM that wasn't extremely overpriced.
