Great Project Management and Client Portal App

What are the best aspects of this product?

The automation aspects of the app make it very useful. From onboarding a client and automatically creating a project, then having profiles and templates that can be automagically used within those newly created projects as they are created.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The User Interface is a bit "clunky", and some areas aren't as intuitive as most, but for the most part it's easy to use.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Improved UI. Subtasks with task dependencies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automation with client onboarding. Using the template system to create SOP's that can be automated a bit.
