What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having a solid workflow that guides the customer in a journey. Practically everything can be automated. Everything from when a user fills out a form a series of triggers occurs. Getting started with existing clients is easy to because we can drop them into the CRM and automate triggers based on various steps along the journey.
