What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything you need for CRM, quotes, invoicing, payments all under one system. Especially though love the branded client portal element.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a lot of options to customise it. Obviously this is good if you need them but there's a lot and I feel I need a day to read up on them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Slightly faster operation. Each page change takes just a little too long to load. Maybe I'm being picky.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The entire solution of providing clients quotes, invoices etc.
