What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve tried a few CRM products in the past, but when I tried SuiteDash and saw that it gave me all the tools I needed to manage my web design business, I was sold - lock, stock and barrel.
When a potential client clicks on my website’s form, SuiteDash handles my onboarding process from scheduling our first discovery call to the client signing the proposal, the contract and paying the invoice. But that’s not all.
After the onboarding phase, the design process automatically kicks in with the project management process, content collection, communications with my team, and support documentation. PLUS, their roadmap is going to bring us such goodies as a ticketing help desk and a learning management system and more. Everything I need, all in one app. Amazing!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hard to complain. No conditional logic in forms, features missing in calender integration, live chat with clients and team members missing - all things on the roadmap for Second Quarter, 2021.
Having so many options available seems overwhelming at first, but once you "get it" everything falls into place.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
LMS and ticketing and help desk would be nice... again, on the roadmap. IMO, SuiteDesk is a one-stop portal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previous to SuiteDash onboarding was a nightmare of email threads for files and communications, etc. Keeping track of multiple apps was problematic for my clients. Getting help and support documents off my website and into SuiteDash are a plus.
