What are the best aspects of this product?

In addition to the multiple use cases, I find Suitedash to be user friendly. It works for staff and for my customers as well. The portal pages and the fact that you can design a different experience based on the staff or the customer is a very useful aspect of this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would love to see (and I know this is coming soon) conditional logic added to the email and form flows. It would make SuiteDash more amazing than it already is for my business use. Also adding installment payments (which is also coming soon).

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The folks at Suitedash are already working on the added functionality and services I need for my business use. I see it on their Roadmap. Once those services are added (conditional logic and installment payments), that would round out my business needs for now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Project management- much easier to manage my team and the projects and tasks they work on. I like that before they complete the task/project, they must enter time. (a problem I had before because they forget to turn on the timer).

I can use the Portal pages to provide a Pro portal for my membership sites where members can access software programs they purchased as a part of the program.

Creating a different experience for customers who purchase the different services we offer. I don't need to create another website or webpages, I create a Portal page that has all of the information the members need. I can easily add more items, or whatever I need right on the portal page and every member can easily access. This helps with member retention.
