SuiteDash has provided a tried & true one-stop-shop for all the core functionalities needed for our organizations clients and members relationship development in a single platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The initial setup of the platform can be a bit daunting. Even though the Features & Functionality is pretty straightforward, the fact that there are so many features and complex functionalities, the task seems like a big challenge at first sight. The key is to complete the setup in stages and as or when needed for your organization needs.
With the continuing addition of more "Complete Use-Case Portal Templates" the platform is becoming even more diverse in its development and application.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We have been able to confidently relinquish the platitude of applications previously needed to provide the key services and support envisioned for our organization.
We are particularly excited and looking forward to the planned LMS functionality that will put the icing on the cake for us having SD be a central and critical tool for meeting our organizations development needs for the medium to long-term.
