What are the best aspects of this product?

I tested many portal applications before finding Suitedash. I was shocked at the missing features I found when testing most of their competitors. Suitedash has the features I need plus they are rapidly adding new features all the time. The pricing is a real value as well. I did find a couple of other worthy portal apps, but they charge more for one user than Suitedash charges for unlimited. The real standout feature for me is the ability to customize portal pages to create dashboards or other interactive components to maximize value for clients. You won't find many portals with this feature. It's a no-brainer! Hurry up and lock-in current pricing because with the way they are adding features, it's only a matter of time before pricing increases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have shortcomings for sure, no application is perfect or complete. Nothing I would describe as problematic, though.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They need webhooks. Adding webhooks gives the freedom to integrate with many more applications without the need to create direct integrations. Suitedash wants to be all-in-one, but the issue is that the more powerful it gets, the more diverse the customers it attracts, the more use cases those customers have. It becomes impractical to do everything or create that many direct integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned above, the flexibility, ability to customize, and power of the portal pages. This feature just doesn't exist in most portals.
