What are the best aspects of this product?

I can have all my clients in one easy portal space. It saves me so much time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Projects I find are a little difficult to navigate.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More training videos but they have added more training videos since I first started using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a social media manager, this tool has been very valuable. Making one easy portal for all my clients. They can upload all documents I need & I can share with them the work I have done for their brand etc.
Having the ability to have large files uploaded saves using either 3rd party apps.
