That you run your entire business from just this product alone

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not easy to setup and the new updates do not have a clear way of explaining how to use it, a video along with the written documentation would be a huge help. But it is truly a great product so well worth the learning curve.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I don't want any new features/services, I want the ones currently available perfected and enhanced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pretty much all aspects, I'm able to manage my clients, submit proposal with signatures, invoice clients, schedule appointments, manage projects, take payments and information, provide clients a portal for support, it goes on really. It truly is an all in one solution!
