What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteDash is truly the swiss army knife of business software, has amazing documentation, and the customer service can't be beat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a learning curve, however, the documentation is the most well done and thought out I've ever seen, and luckily one can request assistance right from inside the portal.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see integration with third-party java chat software like intercome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

eCommerce in particular. As a small family-run agency, we had difficulties using woo commerce as a buy-it-now solution for our services. Suitedash's forms and Stripe integration provided an easy branded solution to manage our day-to-day operations and truly helped make my vision a reality.
