What are the best aspects of this product?
SuperSaaS is a boon to my work because it can support two calendars running continuously. Since I work between two locations, it is important for me to separate my appointments. SuperSaaS has made this possible--clients can only access the calendar specific to the location and make appointments only on the days when I will be in their area. Aside from that, SuperSaaS is great because it is easy to configure with plenty of personalization options. And it's not just me who enjoys using the app, my clients do too!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing much I dislike about SuperSaaS except maybe the lack of add-ons, which they can make available for a fee.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Keeping appointments for two different locations had always been a problem for me but SuperSaaS change that. Now, I do not have to deal with disappointed clients who wrongly scheduled on days when I am not available in their location.
