What are the best aspects of this product?
Adding appointments and other events to the calendar is an easy process and allow us to add engagements for the week or month quickly. Although we have to input some things manually, it remains a smooth and effortless task because of the intuitive interface.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I do not like about SuperSaaS is the kink in the duration of the events. For example, an event begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. We set these on the calendar accordingly and yet the end time keeps moving to the start time. This has caused many people to arrive at the end of the event instead. We have requested that SuperSaaS fix these yet there is no response until now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Despite its low subscription price, SuperSaaS is pretty functional. It has allowed us to handle hundreds of reservations every week with minimal effort since clients do the heavy lifting when it comes to the scheduling.
