What are the best aspects of this product?
Pros: Since implementing Supportbench, we’ve been managing our email communication much easier and with so much ease. So many more of our tasks seem to be automated and everything seems quicker with this platform. I can focus on more pressing issues rather than the day to day difficulties of workflow management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Cons: It took us some time to activate some of the more powerful features, such as the customer portal.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
An enhanced customer portal that is easy to activate
