PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We’re focused on the Post-sale experience, so what we’re most concerned about is the customer portal and knowledge base and Supportbench accomplishes both with precision.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We couldn’t get up a running at the click of a button. It took 2 weeks to get the team fully up to speed, but now that we’re up a running, we haven’t had much in the way of disruptions.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We've had a great time with Supportbench and it is the cheaper in the field unlike others, maybe an upgrade for their odd interruptions and text formatting would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team enables to focus on increasing our revenue instead of resolving customer issues which we can't do all at once, all at the same time with our small-sized employees and that is because of Supportbench. We've been able to do other tasks and saved us much time and effort. What makes us happy is that we've provided our customers great after-sales service and made them happy to always come back to us.
