What are the best aspects of this product?
The big benefit for us is cost. It’s priced relatively low and we’re not paying for a bunch of ad-ons. We didn’t pay anything to get up and running and they spent a good amount of time getting us all trained up.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At some point the UI needs a refresher.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
You can do so much with the product, more detailed documentation or guides so you can really get the full power out of the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had 0 insight into our customers, and how we performed with them. I can literally now go into a company, see every metric about them, surveys, NPS, etc.. and it gives me a score on how we are doing. It's amazing.
