With Supportbench, We've centralized support operations and are now providing a more consistent and high-quality experience across all channels. Before, we we're limited in our communication, but now our customers have a more accessible and integrated experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, We had some difficulty customizing our customer portal as we don't have anyone on our team who knows how to handle it.

None as of now. It's perfect
