What are the best aspects of this product?

Supportbench makes it easy to gather feedback from customers and track our scores over time. The customizable surveys are also a great feature, as they allow us to ask specific questions about our products and services. Additionally, the real-time reporting and analytics features provide valuable insights into our support operations, enabling us to make data-driven decisions to improve our processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While Supportbench is a powerful platform, it does take some time to get up to speed with all of its capabilities.

We would like to get up to speed with all of its capabilities.

I’ve been looking for ways to improve our customer support operations. Since implementing the platform, we've seen a significant improvement in our NPS and CSAT scores and have been able to provide better support to our customers.
