What are the best aspects of this product?

Pros:
For me, the oversight into my team has been a huge plus. Of course I have insight into customers, but now I have a clear understanding of how both Support and project management teams are progressing through their work/issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cons:
On occasion, it’s taken some time to activate some of the newer feature sets.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I can suggest some features/services that could be valuable for businesses using SupportBench and could potentially be included in future versions of the platform. Here are some ideas:

Mobile App: A mobile app version of SupportBench would allow customer support teams to access and manage their support requests on-the-go, which would be especially useful for remote teams or those who need to respond to urgent requests outside of normal working hours.

Social Media Integration: With more and more customers reaching out to businesses through social media platforms, integrating social media channels (such as Facebook or Twitter) into SupportBench would enable customer support teams to manage all their customer communications in one place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Problem has been resolved by Supportbench.

Inefficient support request management: Without a dedicated platform for managing customer support requests, businesses may struggle to keep track of and respond to support requests in a timely manner. SupportBench streamlines the support request management process, allowing businesses to centralize all customer support requests in one place, assign them to team members, and track their progress.

Lack of collaboration between team members: If customer support teams are working in silos or using different tools to manage their support requests, this can lead to a lack of collaboration and coordination between team members. SupportBench provides a platform for team members to work together on support requests, share information and updates, and collaborate more effectively.
