What are the best aspects of this product?
Our longevity with Supportbench has been their affordability. We have ticketing, case management, sentiment analysis and knowledge base in one complete platform, at one cost. That’s a first for us. We’ve also significantly reduced the amount of time we spend on each individual issue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The score cards are awesome, but the analytics within the interface could use some work in comparison to other systems.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More icons that will allow easy switching between different social media platforms.
