The collaboration tools are a big plus for us as Supportbench has internal notes and tags as well as customizable SLA’s that allow us all to resolve customer inquiries more quickly and dramatically reduce escalations.

Although we all got the hang of it, there was definitely a steep learning curve for the team during the first month.
