PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest benefit to us using Supportbench has been the time saving to our team and time reduction on each ticket. It has made our company far more agile and adaptable and it was quick to implement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system migration caused us to have a little delay at the very start, but as their support team was quick to respond, we soon adapted and managed to make up for lost time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Following the same set, Supportbench may have integrated into the system a CRM system, that should automaticaly sending of personalized emails, has the option of marketing work and no need to use or integrate customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Supportbench has brought quite a seamless system to our company. It’s dramatically helped my agents improve on their support to our customers and our customers are telling us so.
