What are the best aspects of this product?
Raising and tracking tickets have become much easier because of Supportbench. Managing our workflows is so easy now, we’ve been able to reduce the time of resolving tickets as well as the pressure on our teams.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the beginning I was struggling to get use to this new system. But their Support team helped every step of the way.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A chat bot which resolves all the queries instead of live support will be even more helpful to solve the issues quickly, but the customer support team is absolutely incredible.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Once there was an issue raised by a team which would have took at least two days to be resolved previously. But using supportbench we solved it in couple of hours, which totally impressed our team.
