What are the best aspects of this product?
We are a small company looking to serve new clients, and SupportBench gives my agents a lovely tool that is serving to achieve the goals that our company has in order to increase our workflow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would love to have more time to learn and discover every feature since there is so much, but we need to dedicate time to learn.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are too many good features that our team will be implementing as soon as we finish our full integration.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I love that we have several important tools in a single software and I as manager, I am able to check every single aspect of our customers' satisfaction in order to fix any weakness in our support chain. We are able to consolidate all our departments using a single tool and be able to escalate every customer's cases to the right person and department to assist the situation without delay.
