SureMDM is robust and all in one platform for managing mobile devices. The tool also receives frequent feature updates that significantly scale its functionalities. It runs on convenient rules to follow too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

SureMDM previously demands the use of MS Silverlight for its administrator panel. Thankfully, it has released a new version without such a requirement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SureMDM lets us control a fleet of Android devices easily to lock a device up when needed instantly. The remote file manager is cool because it helps remove unneeded files that are filling up the devices' memory spaces. It lets us provide quality support for each end-user as well since it comes with the suitable Samsung Knox Support. Users do not need to go through the tedious helpdesk ticketing process anymore. Moreover, it lets us use a script for disabling system application bloatware during the integration phases and allows us to install and uninstall unnecessary apps in a device remotely.
