What are the best aspects of this product?

The website is clean. Very simple to use. I can do just about anything with it. I can reach out to support and a person from the other end of the line would help me out. Great stuff!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd love to have the ability to dig down and see something that I dislike. I've been on this platform for a few years now. So far, no issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I run an S-Corp so essentially, I'm in need of a payroll serivce that's flexible. To add to that, I needed something that's easy to deploy. With this, I can get everything set up to run payroll. I log in and run it whenever I'm in need of it.
