What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up the entire payroll system only took us less than an hour, and everything is so hassle-free. Should something go wrong or if you are having difficulties figuring out something, do not hesitate to deal with their staff because all of them are friendly and professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Individual log-ins should be assigned to each user and approver. If we have exclusive user names and passwords in place, then completing payroll tasks for each department won't be that time consuming anymore. That is the only issue that I can think of as of the moment and the rest is fine.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our employees are happier because they no longer experience any delays in receiving their salaries. The money is directly deposited into their respective payroll accounts so they can withdraw or pay bills right on time. Before using SurePay, we often experience a delay in salary because we have to wait for days for the clearing of the checks, which makes employees complain a lot.
