What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love about it is that it doesn't take a log of effort in carrying out Payroll tasks. I run a dental office with around 7 staff. I get e-mail updates on my pay period, which allows me to have an idea on my due date submission. It takes around several minutes to get comprehensive tasks done.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Inputting payroll data contains a bit of a learning curve. I don't see that to be an issue since customer service was there to lend a hand at any given moment. So yes, that means, less calls to support.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Less time spent on payroll entry. The same goes for W-2s and quarterly reports. The biggest upside is that I won't have to worry about precision and timing. It leaves me plenty of time to look into patients and other business aspects.
