What are the best aspects of this product?

Surfer has a simple interface, so I was able to easily find my way around. After collecting my samples, I like being able to immediately see the results for analysis reporting. It's also flexible enough to adjust in case of data errors, so I never miss a deadline with my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A better system to check data accuracy would be more than welcome. It's currently taking time to examine each data point and make sure it is accurate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Surfer enabled me to create more accurate and highly visualized reports about a lot of environment-related issues including groundwater contamination and noise along highways for clients.
