Its dashboard looks unique, despite its functions being somehow common among the blogging platform market. It is suitable for newbies who don't want to dig through with design, themes, SEO, and some other technicalities on a blog. All you need to know is the markdown function that is very easy to grasp. The thing is, you need to pay a few dollars for it, whereas some other popular platforms with similar features come for free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a not-so-customizable blogging platform in terms of design. Also, it doesn't feature a comment section, and its help feature appears so simple.
