What are the best aspects of this product?
The customer support was amazing. Whenever I had a question, I could just write them in their live chat and they responded within seconds. Very kind and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They have a nice PowerPoint integration, but it’s not yet supported for the open-ended questions feature.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I wish the open-ended question could be embedded into a powerpoint like the polling questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used the open-ended questions in our church to provide our congregation members with an alternative way to share their thoughts and ideas. People simply had to text to the number we picked for our Swift account. It was a good idea as our congregation is quite big and sometimes we don’t manage to approach each member individually.
