Great tool. Exactly what we needed for our conference

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to create and manage polls. The dashboard is very simple to navigate, you can go from start to finish in a matter of minutes. And the customer support chat was always available whenever I had questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see more features on the Presentation page of the poll results. A few more color themes and other options to customize the look of the page would be great!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They have a nice open-ended questions feature. But it’s only available for web voting. I’d like to have it also for web polls.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used this to run a couple of polls during a conference with an audience of around 300 people. It helped us to keep our attendees engaged. People loved the idea of voting with text. They had fun, we achieved our goal.
