What are the best aspects of this product?

User-friendly and interactive. As students, we were able to vote both via text messages and web/online. The software has multiple-choice polls, open-ended questions, and word clouds that work great for a classroom. Great for in-class quizzes and Q&As.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could be limited by geographic location, e.g. so that only students in our classroom could participate in the quiz. However, I'm not sure if that's possible.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Being bound by geographic locations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helped to save time on attendance checks. My Professor used to do a quick attendance check and class time has been spent on studying instead of administration staff. My Professor used it even for short in-class quizzes. Also, the open-ended questions were used for Q&A. It helped introverted students ask their questions. So superb!
