What are the best aspects of this product?

We were introduced to this plugin software by our developers. It is 100% automatic email marketing software with a difference, we use it as well as Mailchimp, as it uses an algorithm to identify exactly what products each consumer will buy next, capturing additional sales we were otherwise losing. It puts them into an email and sends with us having to touch it, and works 24/7. It also is the only software in the world authorised to include Trustpilot product ratings in outbound emails, which they include for free. there is a free trial for 30-days too, and you're never tied into a contract.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not available on SMS yet, and should we ever move away from any of the platforms they have developed it for we wouldn't be able to use it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

SMS and additional platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has freed-up hours of my time every month spent segmenting and analysing profiles and email design content. i simply don't need to do it anymore. the best aspect is the additional sales though, as we now get over 22% of our turnover through SwiftERM alone, that's amazing and the ROI unbelievable!
