What are the best aspects of this product?

I share files and documents with my team and clients, and I usually rely on Google drive to do these things for me. However, I feel more comfortable in using Sync.com because it has way more authentication process as compared to drive. There are specific files that I share that require a high level of security because they involve the company's financial figures. I know that I made the right decision in choosing Sync.com.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think its time for the developer to consider upgrading the UI to make it look more attractive to young users like me. Also, they should work on specific issues like non-working links because these incidents happen sometimes, and I feel embarrassed that my client reported the problem to me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel secure that nobody will steal my files. Sync.com is something that I can depend on when it comes to sharing all kinds of data to my friends, colleagues, and even clients.
