I love that Sync.com can share documents privately.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I work in a law firm, so part of my job is to deal with external clients on a day to day basis. I have to send them emails containing confidential file attachments. I have to make sure that everyone’s privacy is always my number one priority by subscribing to Sync.com.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sync is a great product when it comes to file encryption. It's easy to install and use that even a high school kid can do it. I like that it's pretty much affordable for small businesses because it's essential to keep all files protected. However, it would be great if the developers can find time to keep all the folders organized. Sometimes I spend more time searching the hard drive for the right folders because they all look the same. Using a unique icon would make a lot of difference.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I found out that using other profile sharing platforms comes with significant risk. I am glad to say that Sync.com gives us the best protection from hackers that are ready to steal personal and confidential information from our company.
