What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to install on your computer and sync multiple files in just a few seconds. Using Sync makes the processes of sending and receiving documents more efficient and a lot safer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have compared Sync with other similar products, and I can say that it falls short when it comes to storage space. I have seen products that come with unlimited cloud storage, which would be great. I also have to be extra careful in transferring files from my computer to Sync because it can’t determine if the data is safe or infected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing documents is now made more comfortable. Sync works well on mobile devices, so I can still send attachments without compromising my online safety.
