What are the best aspects of this product?

I consider Sync as a unique file transfer product that I can rely on at all times. One thing that sets Sync apart from other products is that all files are stored outside the North American region. It means that data are protected and exempted from specific government regulations that deal with user privacy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sync.com is something that I would like the company to use for the longest time. With this product, we never have to worry about malicious threats because all files are encrypted. However, searching for files in the cloud platform is not that easy, especially if you have a lot in store. It would be nice if they could install a search button on the upper part of the page to make things more convenient for consumers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I realized that storing files in a cloud server is safer than utilizing the company’s local servers, which is more vulnerable to online attacks. Sync gives companies extra security by providing restricted file access to employees only.
