What are the best aspects of this product?

Even if Sync.com is only a web-based platform, I can say that they do their best to secure all of my data. The transfer of files is fast, which is something that I appreciate very much. I also love utilizing one of its popular features, known as the vault. It allows you to copy files on your desktop and save it on vault for back up purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I enjoy using Sync.com; however, it has limited support features. Some computers in the office still use Linux, and it's not compatible with the product. I hope that Sync.com can find a way to support other operating systems to have more clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform can be used by our students, which is very helpful for their research papers and projects. Students can easily use the Application Programming Interface provided by Sync.com to save essential data rather than store them on their laptops or hard drives.
